We were born with a question: how can we bring people closer to the true value of Colombian coffee?
Orígenes Col emerged in Salento as a space to experience coffee from its origins, in a professional and meaningful way. We are a micro-roastery run by passionate young coffee experts, who work hand in hand with local producers.
Our goal is to complement the region's coffee offerings with educational experiences, custom roasts, and coffees carefully selected for their quality, history, and processing.
Today, we share what we love with visitors from around the world who come to discover, learn, and take away more than just a cup of coffee: a story, a connection, and an experience to remember.
